About the position:
Customer Service Agent - Temporary position till 31/12/2023 with the possibility of renewal or definitive hiring
- Order Entry : checking products, pricing and master data
- Updating customer master data
- Creation of new customer accounts
- Reworking on EDI and blocked orders
- Using ticket system to get in contact with other departments in case of questions
- Digital skills: understands and takes full use of enablers like CRM, eCommerce and digital marketing channels
- Knowledge of SAP would be preferred
- Taking care for special customers request
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Serving our customers in the best possible way by utilising digital enabled tools
- Taking care of customer service activities with focus on “Being the solution seeker”
- Responsible for order entry and processing in timely and accurate manner
- Proactive moving customers to online self-service
We would love applicants to have:
- Experience from customer service in technical industry
- English: advanced level; professional
