Experience

Within Distrelec Group I have been in different positions – I started as Country Sales Manager for Latvia. Soon after that I took responsibility for more of the sales team until I reached my current position. I have also supported the establishment of Riga's Shared Service Centre, and continue to support it now.

Before joining Distrelec I worked in several other companies in sales roles. For me, people are the biggest differentiators from our competition!

Mission

Invest in people’s development, so they can feel comfortable doing their jobs, making decisions, reaching targets and being an ambassador for our company!
